                        -
Reverse engineered a "black box" dust filtration PLC
controller. This malfunctioning device cut the plant's production by 40%-60% for
months due to environmental issues caused by dust emission.

Replaced it with a Siemens PLC, wrote the logic, and led the rest of the hardware
installation activities. Production rate returned to nominal.

Created a cloud based, semi-automatic PLC modification
approval system that digitizes records, validates user input, and makes the
approval process across departments transparent and convenient. Benchmarked across the
                            business unit.

Team leader for motor control center rehabilitation.
The project was implemented ahead of time, within budget, and without unforeseen incidents.

Restored the automatic functionality of a material stacking
system which had been out of order for many years. Simplified the programming
without reducing machine safety interlocks, and eliminated 3rd party consultation costs.

Program translator, project coordinator, and commissioning
engineer for a plantwide PLC upgrade. Understanding both the old and the new
                            system
                            ensured minimal errors in conversion.
Hands on involvement on the electrical modifications
across the plant during this project.

Reverse engineered a malfunctioning material separation
unit and restored its functionality after previous attempts by other service
providers to do so were ineffective.
